Refunds only apply if ordered directly through ISO2 Nutrition head office or ordered through our stockists that do not offer refund policies.
Refunds will only be issued within 45 days from date you received our products.
If in the unlikely event you need to return anything to us we would highly recommend you use a signed for delivery service like Royal Mail recorded as we are not responsible for any losses which are out of our control.
All containers, bottles and any unused supplements need to be returned to us for a refund to apply.
A refund will not be offered if the product has not been taken correctly as directed by the label, website or product guide.
A £6 administration fee applies to all refunds but not exchanges.
